Formatting. Image renames/cleanup.

- Remove the images using the old font.

- Simplify the naming of the new control bar icon images.

- Change keyboard input type to 'email'. 'url' type doesn't have
  a space bar.

- Some clarifications to main LICENSE.txt file.
